The frequency of hydraulic breaker drops and solutions
Nov 09,2021

Hydraulic breakers are widely used in highway and railway construction, engineering construction, mining and other fields. They can also break stones or rocks more effectively during engineering construction, thereby improving the operating efficiency of excavators.Due to the harsh operating environment, efficient operation, improper use and other reasons, hydraulic breakers often experience undesirable phenomena such as decreased strike frequency and decreased strength.
Frequency decline and solutions:
It may be due to insufficient pressure or flow of the hydraulic system, loosening of the iron rods, wear and tear of hydraulic sealing parts, pollution of hydraulic oil, and failure of safety valves.
Check the oil pump of the hydraulic breaker.Adjust the oil pressure and flow rate that are too high or too low in order to realize the control of the excavator hammer head; check the oil circuit to prevent clogging of the pipeline, which in turn affects the impact frequency; replace worn parts and tighten the drill rod in order to fix the drill rod well.
The reasons for the decrease in strength and solutions: due to the leakage of the oil circuit and the insufficient formation of bolts controlled by the hydraulic breaker, the oil circuit of the hydraulic breaker is blocked, and the oil temperature is too high, etc. will cause the hydraulic breaker to reduce the impact force, insufficient impact stroke, and the overall operating performance of the hydraulic breaker is reduced.Check or adjust the pressure of the hydraulic system and nitrogen; if the sealing performance of the parts is insufficient, the components can be ground or replaced to clean up the hydraulic pipeline.
Therefore, for large-scale equipment such as hydraulic breakers, regular maintenance and maintenance must be done during use, and the parts and components of the equipment must be checked regularly. If there is wear and tear and other damage, it must be replaced in time to avoid unnecessary losses.
