1.Do not push heavy objects or large stones with a broken hammer

Do not use the guard plate as a tool to push heavy objects when working, so it will only cause the guard plate screws and drill rods to break and damage the broken hammer, and even the main cause of the boom to break.

2.Avoid letting the broken hammer strike in the air without a target.

When the rock or target object has been shattered, please stop the strike action of the breaker immediately. The continuous and aimless impact will only cause the precursor and the main screw to loose and damage, and even damage the construction machinery body.

3.Preparation before crushing

When the high-pressure or low-pressure hose of the breaker is excessively loose, please stop the operation immediately and inspect and repair it immediately.At the same time, for the sake of caution, it is advisable to check other places for oil spills at the same time. The operator should strictly require that he pay attention to the condition of the strike point at any time.

4.Pay attention to the direction of operation of the breaker

When running the crushing work, please confirm that the direction of the bearing point of the drill rod is perpendicular to the surface of the broken object, and keep it as close as possible at any time; if the surface of the broken object is inclined, the drill rod may slide away from the surface, in this case, it will cause damage to the drill rod and affect the piston.When breaking, please select the appropriate strike point first.And after confirming that the drill rod is indeed stable, strike again.
