The use of broken hammers is faced with a more complex working environment and relatively high working pressure. Loss is inevitable, which requires users to do these points to prevent damage to the piston of the broken hammer.:
1. Use a broken hammer to control the phased construction as much as possible to avoid the problem of aging and oil seepage of the piston caused by the increase in temperature.At the same time, local fine-tuning is done during the construction stop to ensure the lubrication between the broken hammer piston and the drill rod, so that the piston is not easily deformed.
2. Trial operation must be done before the official crushing activities.When the excavator and the breaker were just running, the temperature was very low, the gap between the piston cylinder liner was very small, and the low oil temperature did not have the lubrication effect it should have. Immediately after starting, the engine was allowed to run at full load. At this time, it is easy to pull the cylinder.
3. The breaker should not be operated in water. There is no waterproof design. When operating in water, sediment can easily enter the cylinder liner and piston, causing piston congestion and damaging hydraulic parts.
4. Adjust the piston mating gap regularly to avoid internal leakage or too small gap due to excessive gap, tight sealing, and increased movement resistance.
5. During operation, you need to pay close attention to the status of the broken hammer, and you must not relax during shutdown and storage.In order to avoid rust during storage, the end of the piston should be coated with butter, and the chisel and bushing should be coated with rust inhibitor.When lubrication is not possible, the chisel must be shrunk to facilitate the piston to enter the cylinder.
6. In addition to normal maintenance, remember the operating essentials. Basically, it is advisable to hit the grease once within two hours. Keep the drill rod and the piston strike surface lubricated. The piston is not easy to deform. If the piston is deformed, the cylinder liner and oil seal will be worn out. After the cylinder liner is worn out, oil leakage will occur and the impact will be weak. Excessive wear of the cylinder liner directly leads to the scrap of the hammer, and the drill sleeve will also reduce wear and the replacement cycle will be extended.
