The replacement method is as follows：

1. Before loosening the whole body bolts, the nitrogen in the upper body should be completely removed. When nitrogen is resistant, the bolts should be tightly loosened to avoid internal damage and injury to personnel.

2. After removing the whole body bolts, the factory staff will generally check whether the long and short bolts have cracks, wear and other damage, and if there is damage, replace them in time.

3. When installing the long and short bolts of the whole-body breaker, be careful not to tighten one bolt at a time, and then the next one, each should be tightened synchronously, so as not to tighten one, and the others are not tightened, resulting in damage.

Fourth, the choice of tools is also very critical. Suitable tools can help the loading and unloading work go smoothly. It is also necessary to choose a torque wrench that meets the specifications. The correct application of force can avoid breaking the bolts during the installation process.

The short bolt is mainly used to compress the gland to make the rubber sealing ring play a good sealing role. In the process of use, if there is water leakage, the bolt can be adjusted diagonally to prevent leakage.

The long bolt mainly plays a limiting role. Adjusting the bolt can adjust the length of the entire expansion joint, so that it can be installed during use, especially for pipeline equipment with valves. When the displacement is too large, the phenomenon of pulling off will not occur, so that the use of expansion joints is safer and more effective.
